Understanding Game Records and Payment Information
A game result, an app transaction and a website account balance are separate records. Identifying which one you are looking at makes a question about an apparent mismatch more precise.
Choose the relevant identifier
For a round, retain the game and round reference. For a transfer, retain the transaction reference and recipient information. A balance alone may not identify the event.
Describe what differs
Explain the expected record and the record you actually see. Keep the time and units clear, and remove sensitive information before attaching a screenshot.
