Account ID and Points Guide
An account identifier helps locate an account; it is not evidence of a balance or an entitlement. Point labels should be read through the service’s own conversion and usage conditions.
Read the units
Determine whether a displayed figure represents points, promotional credit or a currency amount. Do not assume that a point balance can be withdrawn or converted without further conditions.
Keep Your Credentials Private
Use the support route published by the actual service. Never give a password, one-time code or recovery phrase to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.
